Cityzen Developments have had a busy past six months!
First, Cityzen has been primarily responsible for developing Cherry Street in Toronto?s Portland?s district. The hope is that Cherry Street will be transformed into a vibrant destination point on the Toronto waterfront.
Secondly, Cityzen are in the process of building two outstanding looking buildings in the downtown core, that being,? L-Tower and Backstage.
Now, They have currently released initial renderings of ?Ion?, their newest development at Toronto?s Downsview Park.
Cityzen Developments has teamed up with Fernbrook homes to bring Ion to the southeast corner of Keele Street and Wilson Avenue, at Downsview Park.
At this point, other details on this exciting development have not been released. However, based on the potential of the area, as well as the development team, many can expect that Ion will be a very hot development moving forward.
Cityzen is a developer that has really pushed the envelope on design over the past few years. They have proved themselves, having been the visionaries behind Absolute Condominiums, the award-winning project in Mississauga, In addition, Cityzen has been involved in the Pier 27 development on the Toronto Waterfront.
